Some people enjoy the month of February for a variety of reasons, some being Ground Hog's Day, Valentine's Day or President's Day. Along with the top-ten best-selling cars of the month, it came in as second best - which is typically kept for pickup trucks. The Japanese automaker also came in at sixth best with its prized Civic.
