"My engine hesitated strangely on the freeway and the engine malfuction light came on as I drove home from work. I thought for sure I was going to need a rental. What service place is going to take care of an engine issue at 4:15 PM when they close at 5? But Elvis Reyes proved it can be done! Not only did he greet me kindly (and I know he had had a long day), he got on the phone with the place that usually services my vehicle to determine what engine work had been previously done. He got a technician on the job immediately (even when they were quite busy) and within 45 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and serviced my car. And, on top of that they went the extra mile and checked the fluids, added extra oil and checked the car for an airbag recall! I've never had better service anywhere else. "I've been taking my car for regular service and repairs to Diamond Honda for years. They do a good job, although they don't have free car wash like some other dealerships.
Today, their service just blew me away. I went in there ready to pay hundreds for my 60,000 mile service, new tires, etc., even though I had coupons they had mailed me for my oil change, tire rotation, etc. But the salesman told me they first inspect the vehicle to see if it really needs those services, even though it is at the recommended odometer reading. They inspected and told me I do not need the services yet, then they gave me a detailed report and diagram with exactly how many parts of an inch I have left on my brakes and tires and exactly how much charge I have on my battery, etc. and said they will see if I need the 60,000 mile service next time I come in. I spent less than $45 for my oil/filter change, tire rotation, and they even fixed my broken sun visor for free.
Not to mention the fact they got it done really fast and kept my car clean.
By the way, I found out after I posted this that they are under new management. That would explain it."

Under new name and management. I've been going here since 07. I know I've mentioned I'd find another location closer to where I reside now but always find myself returning here. Perhaps its because everyone is friendly, posses excellent customer service and decent prices....uhh u think that's important? YES!
My baby really needed a part replaced. Pretty much an essential part to the cars function, the hub. Great thing I have an extended warranty because the part was covered 100%. Make sure when ya'll get a vehicle, you consider the warranty because it will save you later. I copped up $$ for an oil change and rear break pads replaced in which my baby desperately needed those done.
Oh yeah, if ya'll waiting for a while, they have a small waiting room with a TV and coffee/water. There's a vending machine outside next to the cashier and restroom.
Okay since everyone is name dropping, let's shout out John Garcia! Thanks man for hooking it up and keeping it real with the quotes and services from beginning to the end. You kept your word and held my hand through all of it hahaha (joking). Holla at John for all your car repair needs, he's a devoted man!

Armen Tutundjian is an AMAZING sales consultant! If you need want to find a car Armen is the guy you want to see. He is a genuine person who will do whatever he can to help make the car buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Everyone knows how annoying the process of buying a car can be, but I did not feel pushed at all in making my decision. He is very personable and likeable, and customer service oriented. He even had the shop repair a small dent and peeling on the rear window complimentary on the used car I bought! Armen makes sure you are taken care of. He knows a lot about the dealership's inventory and showed me what I wanted to look at specifically as well as other options he thought I would like. He was so informative and helpful; I actually ended up choosing his suggestion over my original inquiry, and I am thrilled with my purchase! I highly recommend seeing Armen for your next visit.

I took my 2011 Civic Si for it's first service. I have to say I had a pleasant experience. I was immediately approached and helped by service adviser Elvis Reyes. Mr E. Reyes was very courteous and professional and immediately had my car pulled into the service area and had it out in no time. Definitely no pressure unlike other service shops where they try to sell you everything on the menu.

My husband and I just bought our first car here. We were greeted by "Vic" who took the time to sit down with us, talk to us about our needs, budget, likes, dislikes, showed us what they had available, and then took us out to the lot to compare the different cars. He showed us new and used, not pressuring us on anything. He showed us all the details of each model, and was incredibly patient. We walked out of there with a brand new CR-V and felt great that we'd dealt with a quality rep.

Dave from the internet sales department responded quickly and personally, and he respected my preference to be contacted by e-mail rather than phone. His quote was well under all of the other quotes I received, and once I got to the dealership I got the price we agreed on. There were no hidden extras or a hard sell to get additional options. I went in, was shown the exact car we agreed on, and everything was done. Buying a car is normally pretty stressful, but this time it was simple. I can't stress how much of a difference that makes."

"Dave, the online sales manager, made the normally harried process of buying a new car a seamless experience. I submitted quote requests via http://edmunds.com to several local Honda dealers; most replied with a form letter that didn't include a price. Dave's reply was personalized, prompt and detailed; his quote was not only the first to arrive in my inbox, it was also the lowest.
After speaking with him on the phone and discussing options, my wife and I showed up at the dealership. Instead of trying to cajole us into buying a pricier model, he took us directly to the car in which we had expressed interest. Unlike other car salesmen I've dealt with in the past, Dave put no pressure on us to buy a more expensive product that we didn't want.
My wife and I left the dealership that day without those nagging doubts one expects after parting with a few thousand in cash and months of payments. Dave fully respected our wishes, and we got the car -- and price -- we wanted."

Seems like they added more sales people. Talk to Steven in service he always takes care of my 2009 Honda Civic. Very fair and reasonable. You feel like family over here. I used to take my car to Robertson Honda in North Hollywood, those guys are horrible rude people in the service department. "Finally I've Found a Truly Great Honda Dealership for Warranty Service!!
These are the guys you should be going to if you need any warranty related work for your Honda. They are honest, friendly and helpful - and best of all they got the job done! It is such a relief after all the let-down I'd experienced with other dealers. (Please see my reviews of Honda of Hollywood and Honda of Downtown for the complete story. To summarize, my seat belt was broken and Honda has a lifetime warranty that should cover all parts and labor for repairing it. Unfortunately I had to get the run-around with those 2 other dealers before Diamond Honda of Glendale came to my rescue).
Three people really stand out in my experience (although I'm sure the rest of the team over there is just as awesome) and deserve special mention:
Dave (The online marketing guru) - Dave saw my other reviews on Yelp about the seat belt issue and proactively sent me a message. That's right folks - HE CONTACTED ME ABOUT TRYING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM. I cannot begin to express how helpful he was in all of this, as well as being a friendly soundboard for me to air my frustrations to. After contacting me and getting the details, he forwarded the information to the service manager Rob, who took the ball and ran with it.
Rob (Service Manager) - Rob emailed me almost immediately after Dave asked my permission to contact him about my situation. He was courteous and helpful, finding out the details of my predicament and researching Honda's policy on it. Within a few hours and a couple emails back and forth, Rob told me that they would order the parts needed and I could plan on bringing the car in within the week. Hooray!
Steven (Assistant Service Manager) - Once I got my car there, Steven took over. He was very helpful and quickly got my information down so they could get to work on the car. He patiently explained any potential problems, and made sure that my seat belt was fixed in a timely fashion.
Thanks again guys! I really appreciate the efforts made by each of you, and I whole-heartedly recommend Diamond Honda of Glendale for any Honda owner that needs a dealer to provide warranty work. And when the time comes to buy a new car, I know which dealership I'll be going to..."
